Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

How to return an item

1. Make sure that your order qualifies and inform us at sinshinessss@gmail.com. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

2. We will send you reback address after receive your email.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
