We process and send orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. All shipments are managed through our partner and will be shipped 96 hours after receiving payment.

Estimated shipping times:
Deliveries in the Europe and America: 8-12 business days.
Deliveries to other countries: 10-15 business days, depending on customs procedures.

Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery, consequently it is not possible to ship to PO Box Addresses. You can get additional information on the delivery terms here.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and will appear in the shopping cart before making payment. Customs or handling charges that may be levied at the final destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these. Orders over 100 Dollars within the USA are free of charge.

Tracking an order

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

How should I report a missing items/damaged or defective item from my order?
